Cuando se trata de realzar una pared en tu casa tendrás opciones varias, desde pintura hasta papel tapiz, pero de lo que casi nadie habla es de los gallery walls y el toque diferente que le genera a tus espacios, por eso en el blog de hoy no solo te traigo inspiración, también te doy los pasos para que tengas una pared única en tu hogar.

1- Elegir la zona y marcar el area que ocupara tu gallery wall. Esto te permitirá decidir todos los puntos que siguen, pues todo varia si es un area pequeña de la cual dispones para hacer tu gallery wall o si es un area libre en la cual puedes jugar con tamaños de marco mas grandes.

1- Choose the area and mark the area that your gallery wall will occupy. This will allow you to decide all the points that follow, because everything varies if it is a small area that you have to make your gallery wall or if it is a free area in which you can play with larger frame sizes.

2- Definir el tema. Una vez sepas donde la colocaras esto te ayudara a ver cuales temas puedes utilizar, pues si es un ares social o de paso, una galería de fotos familiares seria lo mejor, pero si eliges un baño o una habitación en especifico, quizás tu tema sea de arte o texturas.

2- Define the topic. Once you know where you will place it, this will help you see what themes you can use, because if it is a social area, a family photo gallery would be the best, but if you choose a specific space like a bathroom or any other room, perhaps your theme is art or textures.

3- Usar tamaños diferentes o un mismo marco y tamaño. En ambos casos es mejor que un mismo tamaño rotado pues da diversidad y serenidad según sea el caso.

4- Elegir diferentes artes. En caso de que decidas usar un tema libre o de arte, elige colores, texturas y acabados diferentes que ayuden a dar seguimiento al ojo y motivar a la exploración.

5- Espaciamiento y asimetria. En nuestro ultimo post hablamos del espaciamiento clave entre artes, para un gallery wall esta distancia es el máximo que puedes tener. En cuanto a la asimetria, la puedes lograr con simplemente establecer un eje central vertical y utilizar el mismo marco solo dos veces, variando los tamaños.

6- Previsualizar tu gallery. Esta es la mejor ayuda si no quieres cometer errores y consiste en recortar el tamaño de los marcos que utilizaras en papel e ir formando la distribución que mas se acomode a tu espacio, una vez hecho lo fijas con cinta y clavas o taladras sobre ellos.

7- Dar un segundo vistazo. Esto es un punto clave, y muchas veces debemos verlo por varios días hasta que nuestro ojo encuentre algún cambio o sencillamente mantenerlo así.
