Cuando se trata de color en las paredes, muchos preferimos los colores neutros por la simplicidad a la hora de la eleccion, pero sabias que aun un color neutro debe ser bien elegido según el espacio, la textura de la pared y la dirección de la iluminación en la habitación? Pues si! Pero tranquilos, en el post de hoy iniciamos la serie “pintar una pared” que consistira en aprender las técnicas para lograr una pared bien pintada con un color que ademas que te guste resalte tu mobiliario y la decoración.

Hoy hablaremos que como elegir la pintura. En primer lugar debes definir un color, si eres fanática de uno, pues excelente ya tienes un paso adelante de los demás, si no, pues tranquil@ tu mobiliario o decoración lo harán por ti si sigues estos pasos:

Aplicaciones de selección de color: Si eres de los que no tienes un color preferido para tus paredes las aplicaciones de selección de color pueden ayudarte. Elegir tres colores (o mas) dentro de la misma gama: Un tono mas claro y un tono mas oscuro siempre es recomendable pues muchas veces la luz de la zona puede afectar el color y el tener una selección dentro de la gama que prefieres te ayudara a permanecer en el tono.

Visitar las marcas de pintura: Aunque esto puedes hacerlo desde el principio, si sabes que tonalidad quieres tener, lo recomendable es siempre ir ya con el código del color que quieres ver, así verificas la “real” tonalidad del color (esto ya que la pantalla del celular tiende a distorcionarlo), se hace mas sencilla la selección y tardaras menos en elegir los swatches.

Elegir el acabado: Ya sabes cual es tu color? es hora de elegir el acabado y aunque suene complicado es lo más sencillo pues todo dependerá de lo que necesites. Para ayudarte a entender mejor te dejo una tabla de resumen de lo que cada acabado te aporta.
